The Language for Success Framework is designed to support meaningful language development through clear guidance, practical structure, and learner-focused outcomes. It helps educators and organizations create more effective learning experiences by connecting language instruction with real-life communication, progress measurement, and long-term success. Through a balanced approach, the framework supports confidence, consistency, and stronger results for learners at every stage.
Language for Success Digital Toolkit
Funded by the Government of Canada’s Skills for Success program, the Centre for Canadian Language Benchmarks has developed the Language for Success Digital Tool Kit (in English and French), which will support the integration of Skills for Success in second or other language training. This will benefit immigrants and the employment sector in Canada by increasing the knowledge, skills, and resources of second language teachers preparing newcomers to Canada to meet the needs of employers, use the talents they bring, and contribute to, and thrive in, an evolving and diverse Canadian economy.
